Jaden Jones-Riley
Portland Timbers II
Jaden grew up in Tallahassee playing his soccer with ASG and Leon High School. Due to his success at those levels he was then offered a position with the University of Dayton. He played Division 1 soccer with them for four years. In that time he played in 51 games, scored 5 goals, tallied 5 assists and played a total of 3,505 minutes. In his senior year he played the most minutes on the team with 1,544 minutes logged. After his standout career in college as an attacking right back, he earned the attention of many professional organizations. He was invited to the MLS Super Draft combine and was eventually selected in the 3rd round of the MLS Super Draft by the Portland Timbers. He has spent the majority of his professional career with the Timbers II. He is in the second season of his professional career and has scored 2 goals and 3 assists as an outside defender. He has even captained the squad. He is a hardworking and dedicated young man who has earned every bit of his success.
