What do I need to bring to games?
Shin Guards
Shin Guards are MANDATORY. You can NOT play without them.
Soccer Ball
This saves time chasing one ball around the field. Make sure your ball is inflated!
Jerseys
One primary (home) jersey and one alternate (away) jersey
Water and Water bottle
Bring more than you think you need.
Weather Appropriate Clothing
Wear appropriate clothing for each season (i.e rain gear, jackets, etc).
Fees
If you are paying cash or check we need to receive the fee before you play.
Arrival Time
Please arrive no later than 15 minutes prior to kick off. Player that are unavailable to participate on the given date should email Lisa or Mike ASAP.

Adult Coed Recreation League
Recreation league games are played once each week on Wednesday evenings. Individual players register and are assigned to teams in order to keep games fun and evenly matched (we do take player requests). These small sided games (6v6 or 7v7) provide opportunities for everyone to play various positions, to get plenty of touches on the ball, improve fitness and score more goals. The focus of this league is having fun, playing soccer and connecting with friends.
Women Only Recreation Division
For women who want to play continuously with their peers. The skill level varies from beginner to advanced but teams are rganized based on skill and ability (to keep games fun and evenly matched). Players are assigned to teams each week, these assignments are emailed out on Monday morning. Teams vary each week. This is an enjoyable group of women who are out to have a fun time and play a good game of soccer.
Mens Still Kickin' Division
This division is for men who want to play continuous soccer with their peers in a controlled, fair and fun environment. The skill level varies and players amalgamate on the field to enjoy a game of soccer. Players are assigned to teams each week, these assignments are emailed out on Monday morning. Teams vary each week.
Coed Competitive League
This league is designed for competitive players and teams who want to play with their peers at a higher level of play. This is a coed league which requires each team to have two females are on the field at a time. This division will reward points and have a play-off at the end of the season. The Coed Competitive is for the more experienced and seasoned players.

Frequently Asked Questions
1) Can I come and play just one game?
Yes, you can play a single game in the Coed Rec, Still Kickin or the Women’s Division (NOT the competitive league) . You also must either fill out a waiver form at the field or register on line.
2) I haven't played soccer in years, what division should I sign up for?
We typically encourage you to sign up for co-ed rec to start to work on endurance and improving your soccer skills.
3) How are teams selected?
Competitive program: team rosters are submitted by the team captain.
Rec programs: Teams are created by the program director. We do our best to keep all of our recreation games fun and evenly matched, some players might be asked to join specific teams to keep the overall level equal.
4) Do I need Soccer Cleats?
In the recreational divisions we recommend you try playing in tennis shoes before purchasing soccer cleats. In the Coed Competitive Division yes, you need soccer cleats.
5) We usually play on the turf field, are there special shoes/cleats I need?
You can wear any tennis shoes or soccer cleats. Screw-ins or long studded cleats are not permitted!
6) How do I get a uniform?
Uniforms can be purchased either online when you register or call the office and request one. A uniform consists of two jerseys (home and away), one pair of shorts and one pair of socks. These non-fitted uniforms come in the following sizes AXXL (additional $2)), AXL, AL, AM and AS. The cost of the uniform is $40.00 and can be paid online or paid at the fields.
